Unlock Hard AI in VS Computer or Flash Mode
After you have selected your character, when it is time for you to select an opponent, hold down the L button and tap A whenthe character is highlighted. An extra star should be added to the opponents handicap.Com lv hard should appear in the top right corner of the screen.
