At the arcade mode character select screen, hold down & left, then press B & Start.

Start with 9 Continues:
At the arcade mode character select screen, hold downleft, next press and hold AC, then release all four buttons and select a character.

Cheat Codes
From the main menu, go into "Options" and select "Cheats". Enter the following:

Feral attacks in early levels - FeralAttack.
Refillshealth - ImJackCarver
Unlimited ammo - UnleashHell
Unlimited feral attacks - Bloodlust
Unlocks all maps - GiveMeTheMaps
