Various Cheats
Always make a backup copy before making any changes. Open the file 'gothic.ini' with any text editor and change 'bbloodDetail' from 1 to 3 for Blood Mode. Also change test mode from 0 to 1 to activate the ingame cheats:
F2 Console

Various Cheats 1.07c and Up
Durin gameplay press S to open the character status window type 'marvin' to activate cheat mode. Then press F2 to open the console menu. Now type 'cheat god' for full health 'cheat health' to refresh your health. You can also press any of the hotkeys for the previous version.
