If your last ship from your last continue has been destoryed press and hold Triangle Select for 5 more.

Different Ship

In a oneplayer game when you are on your last life press Start on controller 2.

Stage Select

Before you begin a game highlight Start and press Up/Left Circle Select.

Speed Up

Pause gameplay hold Triangle R2 and resume gameplay.

Slow Down

Pause gameplay hold Triangle L2 and resume gameplay.
