Before the Copyright Information disappears press Left Up X Up Right Y. When the phrase Say No To Cheats appears press A Y. Then press B X. Press Start to begin gameplay. Then during gameplay press Select to display the level select screen. When fighting a boss pause the game to fully restore the life bar.
