Pokemon Colosseum - Catching Entie

Catching Suicene:
Use Umbreon and another weak pokemon to lower its PP. Make Umbreon use Toxic and/or Confuse Ray and attack with your strongest Pokemon. When he is almost dead, throw your stongest ball and you might catch him.

Masterball hint:
When the girl's grandfather calls you after youv'e deafeted all masters for the second time, he will send you an e-mail. Do not ignore it He will give you a masterball to use during the colosseum in the tower. You should try not to use it until the final battle with "the mayor." He is the Big Boss, or little. His final shadow pokemon will be a Tyranitar lvl 55. Catch it, and you won't have to deafeat him.

Beating Slowking:
The pokemon Slowking is tough to beat, so be sure to get an electrical pokemon to deafeat him and watch out for his Slaking, his earthquake will destroy andy electical type you have on field to try to destroy Slowking so if he brings Slaking and Slowking together there is a problem.

Hint:
The only pokemon out of the three legendary dogs that you can catch first is Raioku. When you meet entei and Suicune at first, don't try to catch them, you'll waist your poke balls. you'll meet Entei and Suicune later in the game where the construction lot turns into this huge tower and things. Then thats when you meet Entei and Suicune. If you failed to catch Soduwood at first, you have a chance to catch it again.

Fighting the boss in Shadow Pokemon Lab:
Note: If you want to catch his Rakiou, look at the Catching Rakiou cheat above. If you caught the Flaffy in Pyrite Town, and turned it back to normal and it turned into an Ampharos, you can beat this guy easy. Even though Ampharos will die easily, you can use Thunderbolt on most of his Pokemon and they will probably die if he is at high level.

Catch Bayleef, Croconaw, or Quilava:
Some part in Phenac City, there will be 3 guys in different color suits. The one in red has a Shadow Pokemon Quilava, the one in blue has a Shadow Pokemon Croconaw, and the one in green has a Shadow Pokemon Bayleef. Pick which one you want to battle and make sure Espeon is one of the Pokemon you send out. Use Confusion several times and when it is at red, throw the strongest ball you have. It is very easy to catch these Pokemon when they are weak.

Experience Tip:
When you send out your 2 Pokemon, even if you sent out a weak one, there is a way to get it a lot of experience without it even using a move. Switch out the weak Pokemon for another one, then kill the enemy. Note: Once you kill 1 Pokemon, the weak Pokemon wll get its experience but you must switch it back and kill another enemy to do this trick again.

Shadow Pokemon Experience:
Shadow Pokemon dont gain Exp. until they are turned back to normal.

Make old guy in The Under jump up and down:
When you go in the Under some place in Pyrite Town go in the shop and you'll see an old man. Talk to him and when he asks you somthing, select NO and press A. After you are done talking to him, he will start jumping up and down.

Make the girl following you get stuck:
When the girl tries to follow you, go up some stairs and sometimes she walks besides the stairs instead of up them.

Get Ho-Oh:
Catch and Purify all Shadow Pokemon then beat Mt. Battle in 2P mode single or double and Ho-Oh appears. You can add him to your party Pokemon.

Glitch:
When using a masterball, use the first pokemon's turn to doit, then on the other poke's turn switch the masterball with another ball. After the battle, the masterball will still be there. This works on every ball.

Purifying Hint:
Don't use the time flute on Enti It is easier to wait further in the game when you can use it on a higher level pokemon.

Easy Catch:
When you try yo catch the shadow pokemon, get a Noctowl so you can put it to sleep then throw an Ultra Ball at it after lowering its HP to RED.
