At the main menu, hold Z on the nunchuk then press A, A, A, 1, A.

Unlock Don's Big Head:
At the main menu, hold Z on the nunchuk then press 1, A, C, 2.

Getting past wind:
When there is a gust of wind pushing you back, the best way to get past is to change character while moving through the wind.
