Race Driver: GRID will take players to beautifully realised and dramatic race locations over three continents to compete in an unprecedented variety of racing events. Packed with the most powerful race cars - new and classic, circuit and drift - players will compete to conquer the most prestigious official race tracks and championships and then go beyond to compete in challenging city-based competitions, through to road events and urban street races.

In Europe, race gamers will compete on the greatest official tracks in prestige Marques including Aston Martin, Koenigsegg and Pagani.

Iconic cities across the U.S. - including San Francisco, Washington DC and Detroit and each with their own atmosphere and events - play hosts to diverse street races. Here, high-performance V8 muscle cars set the pace in aggressive closely fought pack competitions.

In the Far East, Japanese racing culture sets the tone where night races, including Drift racing, take drivers through neon illuminated cities and to outlying mountain roads. There is also the opportunity to compete in races that operate on the fringes of legality in the back streets and industrial areas of Yokohama.

Ive been playing the demo about a week now and its good although there are a few bugs.. i love the racing but not a big fan of the drifting level to me thats to need for speed.... race driver games was always about racing in different forms so im not really that impressed with trying to score points for drifting while alone on a track!! game uses the same engine as colin mcrae dirt... so if u can run that game well then this will work great to!!

not bad, not great, not happy about the loss of dtm's i heard? toca/codemasters look to be going after the USA/Japan market with the drifting etc, not a fan tbh, mustangs in the demo is good fun, grx/damage is good. i prefer something a little less arcadey, ie simbin/LFS.,

lol, nope, i have bought gtr1,gtr2,and a have s2 licence. wont buy this, or dirt, or nfs's(they all lost the plot along time ago / i lost interest in them), nfs and cmr use to be decent games, although i could list some rally games that are far better imo than cmr, also toca series has gone to pot since the beginning of the race drivers.

no i meant exactly what i said, NFS lost the plot, its not about racing anymore, it use to be, (porsche unleased etc), its about nice blurry grx mixed with arcade like childish driving,or drifting now! not racing.
