In "SÖLDNER - Secret Wars" the player takes over the command of such a Special Forces team. As the Commander he leads a small high tech army consisting of soldiers, light armored vehicles, helicopters and VTOLS (Vertical Take Off and Landing Airplanes) to fulfill a wide variety of mission types .

The players units are stationed on a multi purpose ship which is camouflaged as a merchantman to allow unrestrained travel of the seas to get their forces to the area of operation.

The complete simulation of a complex political world system allows creating a dynamic campaign: each decision of the player, each success or failure has direct effect on the game flow. In addition the player has the ability to gain access to the latest weapon systems and technology, which currently exist in the research centers of the weapon industry only.

*Dedicated Server support up to 32 players, up to 128 players on special servers of game providers
*Dynamic single player campaign with mission generator
*Realistic weapon systems from the research laboratories of the weapon industry

ROFLMAO!! BETA - they've been working on the game for a year and a half dildo- beta the game is coming out in a about a month- how much different do you think it's gonna be in a month? dumbassbeta or not, it need another year and a half to make evn close to playable and by that time they'll be plenty of other games that will blow soldner out of the water. the graphics aren't even that hot now, heh-shove your beta, deep.

The Beta demo isn't bad its self just about 95% of the online games are passworded also have no clue what the ping is for all of them. Also when you do find a game you can just be walking and get stuck which kicks you to the desktop. Or all asudden the ping goes up into 10000 heh. This is only a beta so you get all the beta bugs to say the least other then that its not a bad game at all well happy fraggen people and the Download is worth it just to try it out i would say (Further note im not going to reply or say anymore on this thread so anyone else that uses my name to post some shit on here get a life) Kerwin out

Actully i cannot get in on a server well once but when i trid to climb a ladder i went out of the world and i crashed... like many times before... it's wird i have 2,6 prccesor 280mb ram geforce 4 10Mbit cable and i cannot get into one fair server, and i have tried many times... it's sad becuse i was really locking forward to play this game. But wath do i know i am shore they will figure it out.

Everyone who says that something is badder than Condition Zero is playing on a Game Boy. Cs:Cz is one of my top 10 of the baddest games I' ve been looking forward to come out. I mean it's running on the hl 1 engine, I mean, come on, this is much too old, hl came out in 1998, now it's 2004!sry 4 my english, I'm from germany...

CounterStrike sucks ass!!!!!! When will yall CS fags learn that there is bigger and better shit out there. Now I agree that this beta demo is buggy as hell but I tried out the beta 2 demo that was released earlier today and its waaaayy better than this. Most of the problems have been fixed and you can actually connect to servers this time around. Anywas, f**k CounterStrike and check this game out. It's cool.

Counterstrike is for people who think the Orchid Righteous and Diamond Monster are still battling it out for the title of best 3D card. Them and the O.o's who need OMGHAX!1 to play anything.Yes, this beta is buggy as f**k - but that's what a beta is all about. The last patch actually made the thing very playable, and now people can start commenting on the quality of the gameplay instead of writing it off as WTFSCHEISS 'cos they can't connect/stay connected.I say it's a pretty f**king good game. If you don't like tactical shooters/soldier sims then you will have a different opinion, but rated within it's genre it's one of the best and you can't deny that without blowing CS cum-bubbles in the process.
