OMG i love this game and an X pak yay!!! maybe this game will get more popular

There was a very large hype for this game prior to its release, but after it was released nobody cared anymore. It was all buzz, but the game lacked replayability. I liked the concept of a game with so many ages you could attack spearmen with mechs, but it lacked simple things like recorded games and giving resources to allies. The bottom line is if you like EE get this expansion but your missing out on much better RTS's like Warcraft 3 and the upcoming Age of Mythology.

Fred, if your talking about EE (not the expansion) then you are mistaken, you can send money and things to allies... I bought both EE and WC3 and while WC3 is a good game... I dont think it is even comparable to EE... EE is everything WC3 is an more... The only thing WC3 has that EE doesnt is the "rpg" system entangled into it... Plus, in EE you can train hundreds of soldiers and fight a war... while in WC3 you get a measly maximum food limit of 90, and most units cost 2 food and up... Usually your armies are no larger than around 24 units... EE is 3d (like wc3), and has excellent sound (though so does WC3.) Well bottom line i think it is a very good game, and is deffinatly worth a purchase

Well I like EE but to tell you the truth I wasnt all that impressed about its graphics. Units look blocky whereas Warcraft 3 has more highly detailed art and some good phrases. If you liked Shogun: Total War then you'd like this. If not and if you're into a good storyline and honest-to-goodness graphics then get Warcraft 3. The only real setback to Warcraft 3 I think we can all agree is the unit cap. But that makes it more challenging and reduces lag for those of us unfortunate to be able to purchase a good video card.

EE or WC3 have nothing on Cossacks!!! there is a game of awesome possibilities, you havent played the ultimate RTS til youve played thru a 3 way 12 hour online cossacks war!!!!

I wish they had team cooperative play capability (two human players controlling the same color civilization) like it exists in most good RTS games today.

grr...sierra are fools...this doesn't work if your running an athlon processor and a geforce 2mx card without chaning your agp mulriplier in the bios...or you install 12.something drivers instead of the 28 one....

Ive downloaded this demo from 5 different websites, and on three comps, and EVERY time i download it, it says the executable is corrupted, ill wait till its on the pc gamer cd before ill try it.

Nice demo, but there should really be more than one map on it. You need to show me a bit more to get me to buy it. Give us at least 3 maps to play, show me some "water action"

Well EE is a solid and worth while game but no game can top CIV3 i belive but over all see'ing this expan for EE is unexpected but i belive it may have a success if they add something to it like they had un Age Of empires than this GAME WOULD RULE and not bore ppl as to the Cossaks game it a wonderful game but hours of gameplay doesnt matter it matters on experance thats all, i could play a game for 27/7 and it wouldnt matter if it was great or just old trash..well niw iam bull shiting..err

i misses a game with sea battle and are happy to find it in empire earth

EE is a very good game.A lot like the age of empires's.. Which i really enjoy and look forward into playing ee. :-)

The EE xpac sounds good i like the idea of space, its a good sub for CIV3, which also has a xpac coming up with mutiplay support and stuff, but this game is the best as far as rts goes

I can't see ANYTHING new in those photos on the new uppgrade to EE.

I've downloaded the beta demo twice now- on a 56k connection, taking about 15 hours.....both times the file starts to open then says the executable is corrupt...anyone got any suggestions??
