The concept of the game is the Scottish battle of freedom against the English agressor which took place at William Wallace's time. The mass of atmosphere and the quite detailed graphics as well as an extensive system of battle and economy mark the game. New features like changing seasons during a mission, the building of castles onto mountains and the consequent use of the 3D-Engine for tactical possibilities induce new impulses into the real time strategy genre.
