In level MOSCOW go to the center where the halfpipe and tanks are.Get on the tall pointy things and look around.There should be a tape

go to new jersy then go across the bridge walk to the hopital then jump on to the triangle bit then look down each side and it should be there

it is a glitch. first you put in the moon gravity cheat noforce. stand at a building,then keep pressing the x buttom and you will jump up the wall.

press R1 R2 L2 L1 then hold down R3 for half an hour and it will give you all the levels and full stats
