when u beat a black list racer and they allow u to choose 2 markers, always pick the 3rd question mark marker. this will more than be the pink slip to the racers car.

Go to the baseball stadium in Rosewood. Drive thru one of the signs and hide under the opposite tunnel. In all heat levels, cops and helicopters will not find you and the chase will be evaded.
