Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines E3 2003 Trailer:

Activision has announced that Tolka Games--responsible for Arcanum--is working on a new RPG called Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.

Aside from a title containing too much punctuation, the game will sport a first-person viewpoint and will be powered by--wait for it--Valve's new Half Life 2 Source engine.

Said to include RPG elements and high-intensity first-person combat, the game will let the player use a wide variety of weaponry (sniper rifles, flamethrowers, the standard stuff), including "stake guns" (handy, I suppose, when trying to take down a vampire).

Unlike the first game, Bloodlines offers a more open-ended system of character design and development. Players can start the game by picking from among seven different vampire clans, which determines the basic template for a character's personality and capabilities, and further specialize in different areas by spending experience points to upgrade special skills.

The game is scheduled for release sometime in 2004.

The first one was quite reasonable, although the miniguns/chainguns should have been compleatly Fully automatic instead of burst-auto. I dont know how 1st person Bloodsucking will go cause various other gaves have tried and failed badly... But high hopes, hey! Hope they fix up hands too as the girls hand looks pretty bad. If they had made the game really great it would have the ability to buy Fireshot, silvershot for the shotgun... or coat a sword blade in silver or somethin... Just an opinion. PS- Games with guns and swords and stuff rule! That was the ONLY redeeming content from Arcanum!

Hey Can anyone tell me the name of that book where this guy is the only human left on earth everyone else is a vampire?? I always wanted to buy that. thanks - and look at porn.
