Works for all US and foreign versions, only thing is, the text is in English. All instructions should be included when you open it.

If you experience any new graphics problems when installing the patch, please make sure to reinstall Direct X 8.0 from the Giants CD.

There's a full list of patch fixes in the readme, most notably, compatibility, single player, and multiplayer issues. Again, check the readme for a full list.

There is indedd a NO-CD patch for 1.4. You can search for it. I don't want to link to it directly, but I used the words:giants citizen kabuto no-cd patchfor the search in Google. Look for the website with Luigi Auriemma. And it's in there, you just gotta look. Unfortunately, the site I gave and the patches there just didn't work.And I also found out that there is a Red Blood patch. You can find that here: [url removed]
