More thriller than horror, the Alone in the Dark franchise works on the premise that it's sometimes scarier to not know what's hiding in the shadows than to have armies of the undead swarming from every crevice. The main character from past Alone in the Dark games, Edward Carnby, has returned with a drastic makeover that makes him more closely resemble Brandon Lee in The Crow than the pencil-pushing private eye from the previous games in the series.

Hi lisa,I know this is a bit late!The demo is HUGE about 82MB on a 56k modem it will take you a very long time :(For a demo this size it is a good idea to have a broad band connection like DSL or Cable.

when i finally downloaded this game was very dissipointed with it found it very boring and bad graphics allright on win 95-98 no good on win xp u shoot couple of dogs thats about it i give this game 3 out of 10
