Bad game!

Ok, i love battle field 1942 the first 1 but secret weapons sucks! it lags even with a very good PC 2.0gigahertz 512 meg rams and a good vid card hate this addon and i bought it and never should!

I heard that it is a realy goods game so can you please send me that demo so i can try it. I played it at my freinds a little but i think i will buy it but i want to try a little bit more

The game is interesting so far as it is losing any of its trying to be realistic (which no game can TRULY do, well not yet anyway) and focassing on fun.with some work this could be a fun add-on to the bf series...

i dissagree, what a stupid add-on, all it 'is' is a silly mod, whats worse it that they are gonna charge money.I don't know about you but I like great gameplay ideas within the realm of realism. Whats next, BF1942 Carnival edition?

Got this yesterday at 1PM and this demo has a lot of bugs. That and the servers had major lag even when all the players had under a 50 ping. And no it wasn't frame lag on my system.

great, this demo just crashes when i run it. goes 2 black screen, then quits. geegee.oh, also, all my system things are way above minimal system requiremengs. f**k it.

This is like Road to Rome in the sense that it sucks massivly. What the hell are all those freak-vehicles for? They just invented them so that it would look cool, there never was secret weapons like that. Since they are all stupid. This demo is fun for like 30 mins, and then it gets boring. What IDIOTIC addon. ALL THE THINGS IN IT ARE CRAP.

BF1942, do ur homework dood, there were secret weapons like this, but I totally agree with you, they suck and were never used in war, so it's pointless to make a mod pack outta it.I cough Road to Rome and thought that the lack of maps was going to hold me back from buying secret weapons!I', waiting for the next MOH installment

Androssow: I concur that OFP is the most realistic game made so far, however my point is though hard to convey that no game with current technology anyways can TRULY be 100% realistic. (obvious I know)Therefore many efforts that try end up looking stupid and thus I believe games that are focussed more on fun (as BF is meant to be, devolopers don't hold back from saying that) it becomes more enjoyable as u don't knit-pick u just enjoy.Hmm I'll end now as I've run myself into a corner a bit :P

to be honest i reckon with Half-Life2 physics the most realistic games will come out of modifications for that, as u can have realism all round. Though still not perfect as anon says but pretty good with object interaction etc etc etc...

many games are realistic in many ways.flashpoint had war down to the fine parts- travelling to to the next point, waiting for attack, putting ur mag back into the pouch, picking up a gun but not the ammo...battlefield had the vehicles and all that into a more 'simplified' form. however, they tried to balance it too much giving engineers scopeless sniper rifles. they were issued m1 garands or carbines dammit.halo had realistic shell ejection physics.but no game has implemented the fact that u can slip over expended bullet shells.*blau blau blau....* "area clear" *slip* "man down man down"

Hum. Such a good game. Such a dull mod. Has anyone got EOD to work on the new patch ?

New idea. Add nuclear wepons to dc. to use them a team has to hold an exposed point for a set time (just enough to make it tough) then when a wepon is fired tropps not in a bunker get turned to dust. What do u thing of that one cum suckers?
