I must say, I loved it. The gameplay is actually extremely well done. Not just another last and blast FPS. The suit options (Cloak, strength, speed and armor) really added a whole new level to the game. You can play anyway you'd like. I played as a rogue, cloaked all over the place and got behind, changed to strength and wtfbbq pwnd them. Then right back into cloak ;D

The game is visually nice but the gameplay is flat.. Sorry. As a major FPS fan this is jsut another standard FPS with a neat feature. The suit!!! Wow... so sick of the hype, cant wait for a true next gen gameplay. 8/10 at best.

I have to agree with anon@11:0. The game did look great but gameplay was indeed flat. It was kinda gay how you can't skip any cinematics in the demo either. I'll probably buy it for the eye candy anyway tho. Facial animation still wasn't as good as HL2.

Its mad how u can play different styles, i played the demo numerous times over trying different styles, cloaking, all out gun blazing, sit back and snipe, sneaking behind them ;-)Great graphics. Didn't run great on vista but was able to put everything on high +max res on XP. Fantastic game. I want more! Can't wait to buy

Oh and you can shoot branches off trees and destroy houses in dx9 but just not to the physics extent of dx10. dx10 looks loads better, pitty vista is gay and won't let it run well. And dx10 isn't windowed by the way. you have to choose full screen in the options.

For crying out loud, dudes who have p4 and gf6600 shouldn't be take in consideration for "game runs well". Textures look like monkey as on anything lower than high settings. The game does scale but like someone said below, you need dx10 to truly see the gfx here. Gameplay was kinda bland tho.

@ anon21:4not everyone is willing to buy vista for dx10 cause it sucks balls and xp is actually faster for gaming so stfualso so what if people say it runs fine on there gforce 6? more power to them if there happy on low detail then kudo's enjoy the game and saving yourself s**t loads of money for a new graphics card for what is lets face it an overhauled farcryi for one am sick of upgrading my pc every f**king few months its getting stupid

Well, anon@7:52 stfu yourself. While I have nothing against people running current-gen games on old hardware, if they post that it runs great, they should provide the level of detail and fps they had. Some people never seen what certain games supposed to look like and think it looks good on their system. That deceives other people who were thinking of upgrading. If you don't mind your games looking s**tty, don't upgrade and get a console. Simple as that.

I've seen the skipping issue consistently between XP/Vista games.Crysis, being a Vista optimized production, doesn't allow skipping in XP (as far as I've seen it, and I have both running here on two seperate pc's)Half Life 2, which is the other way around, Allows skipping in XP, but not in Vista.I'm seeing a pattern here...
