you must be kidding me, 99% of the people complaining about this game are using ATi cards, what does that tell us? We nVIDIA users are just running this game fine and you people out there that complain about the graphics, are you fu*** in your head? there is more to the game that eats up resources of your computer such as everything on the game you can move, if you run at light boxes they will fall and such, and everything life casts shadows, because of how some people will be getting low framerate the developer has made some of the shadows static in the map, witch does not matter since we are talking about things that are static anyway dudes. This game looks good, plays good and will have exciting story.

Hmm...I've seen this predictament where there is an ATi vs. nVIDIA around a few demos. I personally have a RADEON myself, and everything works fine. Now, one thing I don't hear is other things in peoples computers. Just because you have a 256MB video card doesn't necessairly mean you're going to get the best performance. If you don't allocate your RAM ( or you have crap for RAM) you're going to get crap for performance. Especially with Windows XP, I swear it was designed to just give people headaches. (Hey it could work...Bill Gates makes a secret corporate deal with Advil, and he makes it so his programs give stress headaches, so Advil makes money...but anyways, this is Invisible War, not the Conspiracy.)I have to say it was a good demo. Though some things were lacking (as it was a demo of course, check out the funny cartoon on the forums.) I can understand it, since this was more of a flexing of Ion Storm's muslce. I'm impressed that the storyline authors can put together such an authentic story into a video game. Rarely do you see a storyline in a game with such caliber...I think we'll be impressed when the full version is released.

***********this game will NOT run in a Nvidia geforce4 MX 420******* and according to thier website it will not ON ANY nvidia Geforce4.. that really sucks.. when u download the gane it says all u need is 32 mb of ram, but they tell u all this BS about some cards dont work. This goes to prove that NT only it has problem with aTI card but also nvidia.OPPMAN

Well...its been a while sins I've been here...someone tells me that my Fx5600 sux...maybe. But on that point Im not loaded with money either. I have all the updates for my Xp but still this f**ked up demo wont run...I even cant get need 4 speed Underground to work. It crashes back to windows. The people that make these games dont think of us nVidia "fans" when they are to launch a demo. AND THAT SUX BIG c**k!! What the hell...im not going to buy this game anyway. The boy next door will getit for me...as well as any game I want. But we nVidia "fans" has been forgotten by the frigged ATI wannabees developers

The game is pretty cheasy in my opinion. I have a ti4200 Nvidia Card, and everything ran fine. Wasn't impressed by anything in the game. Choosing weapons is a task as well.If you haven't tried BattleField 1942 with Desert Combat Mod, go check it out. It is 10x the fun this game is.

Deus Ex: Invisible War Demo

OK, I have read all this stuff about videocards speed and crashes. I have bought FX5600 and try to run the demo. I was shocked how slowly can this card run the demo with Athlon @3200+ and asus A7N8X-X board. Than I have changed my favorite nVidia for Radeon 9600PRO and was surprised that its twice faster. Think that Ati will defend nVidia like nVidia 3Dfx some time ago.. Only I cant understand that not the best graphic of this demo is runs slower that doom3leak..

Although I had to run this at 800x600 in order to get the frame rate up to 30 on my GeForce 4 TI4200, Once I set this resolution it was fine.I see you people are still moaning despite the fact that the requirements for the game CLEARLY STATE that it is not for people who cant keep their computers up with the latest technology, or get their computers from a relative/used.The graphics are stunning. The Interface is less than I was hoping it would be, however, I would still buy this game. I get that same feeling of run and complete the mission that I got with the original one. A added bonus would be hookers in the game, but even w/o that request being met, this game gives a sense of exploration and "Wait a minute, did I miss somthing?" feeling, such as the game Neverwinter Nights gave me.

Take a breath and read this; Deus Ex: Invisible War Demo. Hmm, "demo", i wonder what that means, 'Demonstration' maybe? From experience, games should never be judged on their demos. By the time the game is released, nvidia + the game coders should have the game running a whole lot better. This will include everything from interface style to framerate. (All you american gamers can tell me if i'm wrong as its been released over there already (i'm in the UK and have to wait till March :-@ )

Deus Ex: Invisible War Demo

Hello, I never tried the demo myself. But I own the actual game. It runs great! And the frame rate for me is near perfect at max graphics. Some people might have had some problems with this demo because they're computers just suck, or the graphics card is not good enough. Remember you need pixel shading support!!!Joe

Hi!Guys at megagames I am Indian student and I love playing Deus EX. A week or so ago I bought the CD for Deus Ex : Invisible war and installed the game but it didn't run. Please understand my problem. I have no other means of recreation than my PC, on which most of the time work on c++ projects for my school. I have intermediate knowledge about computers and tried to work out problem but in vain. I had given hope that I will never be able to play my most favourite game's sequel, but then I read the deviance.txt file in the deviance folder.
