Myst IV: Revelation Demo

The puzzle is easy. Go to the desk, open the little cupboard in front of you and then it becomes obvious. Its looks excellent, though the demo was a little short! Not sure if it was meant to, but my screen went black when I pulled that lever and eventually took me back to the main menu.

Myst IV: Revelation Demo

its the shortest demo i have ever seen :) but the game really looks nice - as a myst fan i will sure buy itwhen you pull the lever the demo is over-> just some screenshots from the game and then "Thank you for playing..." :)

Well, im not a very big Myst fan, but they are all so BORING! The First Myst Game i played was Uru : Ages Beyond Myst. And i though it was gona be like a MMORPG, but it wasnt! I didnt get to kill anything at all. Sure the graphics kicked ass but the game play was soo boring, its basicly a puzzle adventure game. Stupid idea. Now maybe some poeple will probabaly post messeges like "Ur a fag this game kicks ass" and stupid shit like that. Bu that is just my opinion, OK? Games were i cant fight or kill will bore me fast. Unlees its a fast past game like a racer or an extreme sports game (although i dont like those to much). But this demo was just as boring as all the Myst games.

Re "It's ok": Why did you bother to post about this game? Almost everyone knows that the Myst games are puzzle games. So why post a negative post about how it lacks "mindless violence". May be I should of noted the word "mindless".Now onto my thoughts about the game. Graphics and atmosphere music are both great, the best that we have ever seen in Myst. Wether I’ll get the game is another thing. Not because of it lacking in anything that I can tell, but because of the disappointment from Uru (the main reason that I bought the game was the online portion).Another problem is the length of the game, but hearing that it is 3 DVDs long seems promising.
