- Scout for new riders; negotiate contracts; train your team; buy equipment; look after finances; hire new staff to assist you …….
- Take part in over 500 races (tours, stages, classics and individual/team time-trials) through glorious hi-resolution 3D decors.
- Micro-manage each rider in your team during a race (effort level, attacks, relays, sprints, …) and track everything thanks to numerous in-race cameras.
- Play in multiplayer games and see your results on a worldwide ladder system
