Splinter Cell: Double Agent - Single Player Demo

The Thing is my ATI X850XT Platinum Edition is a faster card than a Nvdia 6800 Ultra or 7800, faster than Ati's X1300 or X1600 or X1650 and it won't run this game. Horrible programming by Ubisoft! What is the point of doing this. So that customers won't by your game, or get screwed, buy it and then try to return it? You guys are hitting only a small portion oc PC gamers.

I downloaded this demo and at the end of the install it tells you if your PC meets requirements to play it.And i did but the runs very slow.I Personally think Chaos theory looked better, everything in this game Looks plastic, like in Photoshop Filters Plastic Wrap...How can people consider that good graphics?there is to many controls in this game and it sucks.

I played both the demo and got full version. Buggiest game I've ever seen. x1800xt an athlon 64 3500@2.6..... CRAP FRAMERATE (14fps) even at 800x600. I also don't know why they don't let 2.0 guys play this. 1.1 should go, but not 2.0b. There is nothing special about these graphics. As coochysoft stated, chaos theory looks way better and it runs silky smooth at 1280x1024 everything MAXED. I'm really starting to beleive pc gaming will be done with. They have no respect for the quality of ported games to pc.

yeah, i know, i just paid 200$ for my new video card which is a radeon x850xt 256mb and it doesn't run the game cause it doesn't have the 3.0 shaders. This really su*kc. This card is like more powerful than many of the cards on the market right now and it doesn't even run the game. Ubisoft made a wrong move there
