Stronghold Crusader Demo

What can I say Stronghold didnt hold my expectations and I didnt expect the same for the Crusader demo. Like the previous Stronghold its pretty much the same except for different story and a couple added units and buildings. I still think its boring like Empire Earth because having to harvest all those god damn resources. What happened to the good ol' fashioned games where it was all about harvesting either tiberium, gold, or lumber. Anyway the game has good gameplay but lacks unit pathfinding a lot. You might get a kick outta it if you like Shogun Total War.

deviousmind man u are the only one here that knows shit or knows how to speak english. loved your comment and completely agree with it. sick and tired of these sort of games, hell if i ever become a programmer i would gather a couple of gaming buddies and make something that is really worth playing, a real rpg/strategy. the f**king massive 3d games that take 10 hrs per level just pisses u off. dont these people relize u play games to relaxe and not to get ass cramps. jesus iam not even downloading it. lol hahah

Alright, when I buy a game I expect it to last longer than 10 hrs. Why the hell would I spend the money or at least the time to d/l a game if it will only last me a week or so. People get pissed off when they don't know how to play a game (a.k.a. thorkill.) If you can't handle a game with more than 2 resoures, don't get pissed at games like this one because it is above you. If you want to "dog" a game, do not refer to its class in general(RTS not real rpg/strategy), refer to the game. Posting when you havn't even played the game is retarded (a.k.a. thorkill.) Refer to the game by its graphics, sound, and playability relative to other games in its class. Everything is relative.The people here did not speak, they wrote. Before anyone posts about how people write they should check their own spelling, punctuation, ect (a.k.a. thorkill)...Using phrases like: "3d games that take 10 hrs per level just pisses u off..." and "dont these people relize u play games..." is retarded (thorkill.) I liked Stronghold so i decited to download the Crusader demo. I think that it's very good and is also worth buying. so i look forward to the release of it.

Played the original and liked it. Its more geared towards defense than the AoE line and therefore its a lot more important how you build your walls etc... At first it might seem like a poorly polished version of AoE or Empire Earth (Or whatever other game) but underneath that you'll find a totally different game with many options and routes to take.I.e: Will I build a moat? Will I hang peasents randomly? Will I have a dancing bear in my castle (!?) Will I use pitch (Fire) or will build lots of big catapults and slam them on huge towers.Don't dismiss it till you've played it for a few hours.

I have Stronghold and its an pretty cool game and just cause it doesnt have as good of graphics as other games it doesnt mean it sucks. well yeah the graphics do get pretty boring but its still good. and ill give anyone anything for a cable modem so my piece o' crap computer could download this fasterand my final words of advice for you all are: "Don't Throw porcupines in a balloon shop!"56K SUCKS!!!!!
