Is this the end?

Saying that "Is this... the end?" is a modern version of Galaga, means that it maintains the original's set-up (the player controls a ship at the bottom of the screen and the aliens attack from above), but it adds some new (or not so new features), like:

Various power-ups (and power-downs as well)
Scrolling
Lighting effects
Various particle explosions
Varying enemies which get smarter as the player advances
... and more, as nothing is fixed yet
OK, it may not be earth-shaking, but it could result in a fun little game. After all, fun is what it is all about.
