Users take part in 25-minute workouts five days a week, spending five minutes each on cardio warm-ups, upper strength, core strength, lower strength, and cool-down cardio. Three different intensity levels let players keep their own pace as they try 12 single-sessions or take on the five-week and ten-week programs, and the "Fitness Tracker" helps users stay on task by displaying workout days, points accrued and calories burned.
