Amnesia MP rebuild. [weapons, items, shaders, textures, traders, UI, HUD]

If you don't have any problems with mod, do not use it. Fixed problems with SR3M, AK-74, Fort 12, TOZ34, missing textures, Duty trader-added PKM box, UI loot, 9x19 texts, PB texts, ranks.
