Doom Movie Trailer

The long awaited visual confirmation of the Doom movie is finally here and it comes in style with a 720p resolution and 5.1 surround sound.

QuakeCon was the fitting site for the unveiling of the Doom movie trailer which will begin appearing in theatres in about 3 weeks. The trailer shown at the event was not identical to the one which most users will get to see as it had more scenes from the FPS sequence. The movie creators have kept a very short part of that sequence in this trailer in order to tease gamers and not reveal too much.

QuakeCon attendees also got an extensive screening of the first person shooter sequence that was first shown at the Doom movie panel at the San Diego Comic Con in July. This time there was some extra footage of the Pinky Demon monster which will be an entirely CGI creature.
