Resident Evil: Degeneration is a straight-to-DVD full length CG movie based upon Resident Evil games and movies.

The new movie will take place in the year 2005 (7 years after the destruction of Raccoon city which took place in 1998). It will feature two of the series' most popular characters, Claire Redfield and Leon S Kennedy.
During the events of Resident Evil 4, Leon worked as a special agent for the president in the year 2004. Oddly enough he wears his old Raccoon city Police Department jumpsuit a year later in the new movie.
