Dave Cooper, a journalist who has the power to transform into Deva, his feminine and devilish double, conducts his investigations live for a local cable television channel specialising in the spectacular. On Halloween, Dave enters a haunted house where evil crimes have been committed. He will have to fight the living dead while the host, Jack T. Ripper, directs the broadcast from the studio.
