Frank Area 51 Designer Fired (?)

Yesterday, Blacksite: Area 51 designer Harvey Smith said "I believe in personal accountability". Today, he was held accountable for his negative comments and got fired.

The former Dues Ex lead designer admitted yesterday that the whole Blacksite: Area 51 project was "so f**ked up" and revealed that game design was rushed over with almost no time for play testing and refining.

Smith's comments came less than 24 hours before the game's European launch.

Midway-Austin studio head Denise Fulton announced today that Smith departed the studio but declined to comment on the reasons, saying only it was "by mutual agreement between Harvey and the studio."

Midway are f**kheads, they bought Adelaide's RATBAG games studio then f**ked over the owners/staff. I will NEVER buy a midway or midway affiliated anything. The managment are f**ktards and can go to hell. I am pro-piracy in the midway context. PS. if i ever see any of the higher ups of midway they gonna get KTFO, for Australia.

I hope publisher relized that you can't rush developers finishing up a game. Remember, developers are not just making a game, they are also creating art. You can't rush art. If you do, it will just turn out being crappy. But that just my opinion.
