Description Outsider 99 is a Shell Replacement for the Win32 environment. It replaces the Taskbar, the Desktop, and System Tray of the normal Windows Interface. Outsider 99 allows you to change the look and feel of your environment to a funny, or usefull design. It's more stable than Windows shell, and very user friendly.
Outsider 99 comes with a complete Skin Editor, a very user friendly Configuration menu, Boot Manager (allows you to choose which shell you want to load) File Explorer, Web Browser, MP3/CD Player, and a few other usefull things.
