The latest issue of Game Informer magazine has revealed more info about Assassin's Creed 3.
According to the magazine, the new hero is called Connor. Connor is a half-English-half-Native-American who has been raised in the American frontier by the Mowhawk.
The player will experience Conner's childhood during the game's opening sequences. After that, the colonists attack and burn down his whole village, and that's when Conner dedicates his life to fighting tyranny (and consequently, the Templers).
On the technical side, Assassin's Creed 3 will take advantage of a brand new graphics engine and animation system that is able to render thousand-man battles in one scene. The game's controls will also see an overhaul that'll allow players to climb trees and mountain cliffs.

I couldn't agree more with you! damn ubisoft! the lots of them ! when I first played Assassins Creed 1 I completely lost myself in the game ! '' a dream game with soul as if I am actually there '' these would be the words I would say about the game ! all about altair and ... but then again game got popular and F-heads in ubisoft turn the game into a banking system for their pockets! they ruined the game characters its unique graphic and most importantly THE STORY !!!!!! the only reason I play the game now, is to follow the goddamn story!! but it is like finding a needle in hay stack ! what story ?!! where is it ?! you play a game for more than 20 straight hrs and in the end you get 5 minutes of what you were looking for ...goddamn you and the way you F the things we come to love! in my language ubi if it pronounced yabi means a very stupid donkey! powerful yet so stupid and lowlife! I make fun of the name of the company a lot :)) I call it yabiSoft ! as they truly deserve the title! I only follow the story which is root is my country ! the first version was a true history! there was Almoalem! the castle in which assassins were trained is in IRAN it is called ALAMOT CASTLE, and the word ASSASSIN is basically has a PERSIAN root which is driven from the term HASHASHIN. have a look at these Assassin lovers I'm sure you'll find it most useful
