Having got rid of the power hungry UMD drive, PSPgo is expected to have a longer battery life than its predecessors.
Unfortunately, this is not the case. According to the European Playstation Blog, "[PSPgo] battery life is equivalent with the current models meaning approximately 3 to 6 hours for gameplays and approximately 3 to 5 hours for playing back videos."
PSPgo utilizes a smaller sized battery, so this might explain the none-enhanced battery life.
