StarCraft : Ghost Delayed to 2004

Blizzard have confirmed that Starcraft : Ghost has been delayed and will appear in 2004, instead of the previously set, late 2003 release date.

According to Blizzard, in order to meet our goals and deliver the outstanding gameplay experience our customers have come to expect from Blizzard products, we have decided to extend our StarCraft: Ghost development schedule through the end of 2003. The Ghost development team however, remains hard at work, and will deliver the tactical-action console game in 2004.

Blizzard believe that this additional development time will prove invaluable, ensuring that the game will truly expand on the legendary gameplay experience found in the previous StarCraft titles. The company finished the announcement with a Duke Nukem Forever type of statement StarCraft: Ghost will not be released until it's ready.
Let's hope that was a coincidence and that this highly anticipated game does manage to see the light of retail at some point.

Anyone who says Blizzard is going to lose half of there sales for not releasing this on PC is an idiot. I'm pretty sure Blizzards main goal is to make profits, and they will release on what will make the most money.

I've had to agreeBlizzard does suck.The box always says "multiplayer" yet when you go to play what you pay for it doesn't work.Once they sell it, they don't stand behind it until their good and ready.There almost as bad as microsoft in terms of greed.

Blizzard is a great gaming company I have never had problems with any of their multiplayer game and I own everyone of there stradegy games and never had a problem with multiplayer. I feel it is better for them to delay the game than release it with a whole bunch of bugs. As for there target audience, there are so many more people who own consols than computers. So they aren't going to really lose sales.

Every game by Blizzard is delayed.Every game by Blizzard is exceptional.Multiplayer problems are fixed asap (including antihack)Too many people steal Pc games.This game seems as if though it would work better for console anyways.

Diablo 2 is far from exceptional.Addictive yes.Exceptional it is not.Sorry, but you fan boys need to wake up and realize that companys like bioware are by far and away much more talented and reliable than blizzard ever has been.WC3? More like WC2.1Took them that many years to come up with a heeping pile of crap that plays almost the same as WC2.Blizzard Sucks.One day you guys will realize there are better companies out there to earn your praise rather than blizzard.The one thing that they know how to do is screw you.They watched microsoft do it enough.

True Diablo2 was a good game it is sort of addictive, but it still DONT have an ENDING! even with the expansion pack, you never destroyBaal's soul stone.. only Diablo and Maphesto <--if thats how its spelt, relaly i dont care.But I must admit that Blizzard do suck balls. they dont really provide updates for games, unless they feel like it, christ if they wanted to they could release SC:Ghost in late 2003 all they have to do is hire more staff, and shit.

you cant aim cause ur either not used to it or your aiming SUCKS.3rd person shooters will always be better on consoles. And they reason this game is only coming out on consoles is because of the mad piracy going on for the PC which dont give them mad sales like back in 1998 and earlier so they switched to consoles.Not only that, most PC titles suck hardcore ass anyways.

I dont think this games gonna be worth the wait, and im kinda dissapointed it aint the same as their other starcraft games. This had better have the conclusion also,(unless it aint the last starcraft)cus the conclusion for broodwar sucked d**k.I might buy it, but im gonna think about it first. Im kinda afraid to ask this,but does it have cheats?
