When our unidentified top scoring Gunbound player showed up at Brazilian Burger King, he was greeted by a gun totting gang instead of his female date.
The gang, named La Firma, wasn't after his money, but rather his Gunbound account. Under gunpoint, the Gunbound gamer was forced into an internet cafe where he was forced to sell his Gunbound account for $8000.
The anonymous Gunbound player was then released unharmed and the La Firma gang was later arrested. La Firma gang consisted of Tamires Rodrigues Vieira, 19; Anderson Faquini, 19; Alexsander Kaiser Pereira, 27; and Igor da Silva Carvalho, 27.
