F2 - Disables population/vehicle increase
F3 - Enables Instant Build
F4 - removes the effect by F1, values are still ridiculously high though
F5 - Re-enables Population/Vehicle increase
F6 - Disables Instant Build
Tested on DOW 1.40, WA 1.0
Trainer +2 : Added Vehicle increase disabling
Trainer +3 : Added Instant Build
