This utility won't give You faster Internet connection (for this purpose You should use such programs as MTUSpeed Pro for dial-up optimization,Download Accelerator is for file download acceleration and Net Sonic for browsing acceleration).Also don't expect that games will run faster with WinAccelerator (though this is possible) since they are usually already optimized to take maximum CPU time.
WinAccelerator also includes CPU cooling module that is useful for Windows 9x users. When CPU has nothing to do, WinAccelerator can halt it using HLT instruction until some external event like mouse move occurs. This prevents CPU from warming up.
