Augur:
Complete ALL episodes in the game with the Blind Master Gauge equipped.
Blind Master:
Achieve a Total Rank of 'A' or higher for ALL episodes in the game.
Defender:
Achieve a Total Rank of 'A' in 3 episodes in Part I: Suffering.
Destructor:
Achieve a Total Rank of 'A' in 3 episodes in Part II: Rebirth.
Mortal:
Achieve a Total Rank of 'S' in 10 episodes.
Obliterator:
Complete ALL episodes in the game with the Mortal Gauge equipped.
Survivor:
Achieve a Total Rank of 'A' in 10 episodes.
Thermoregulator:
Achieve a Total Rank of 'A' in 3 episodes in Part III: Karma.
Unlock True Episode 18:
Either complete 5 Episodes with an 'S' rank or complete a total of 50 Episodes under the various difficulty settings.
