Hold Right A B Select on Controller One and press A on Controller Two for each level you want to skip. Then perss Start on Controller One.
Suicide
During gameplay press A B on Controller Two.
Continue Gameplay
At the Game Over screen hold Select and perss Start when Jesus stops talking.
