99 Lives
On Level 53 walk up the ladder and pull the first shrub. You will get a red shell. Throw it and stand or crouch on top of it. Now just ride the shell and birds will come and drop the bomb guys. Just keep riding and killing the bomb guys until you have 99 lives.
