Successfully complete the game under the Hard difficulty setting.
Easy "Unstoppable Program" trophy:
Go into a Data Station and start a Game Grid match. Note: Disintegration is the default option with Bots. Allow the CPUs to gather together. They seem to always ignore you. Use the basic X,X,X combo in a large gathering. Some single throws can count as two or three. Repeat this until reaching a 30 hit multiplier.
