The planet of Hyllis has fallen under siege by a ruthless alien race. Despite the assurances of the Alpha Section defense squad, the war drags on, terrorizing the once-beautiful planet and crushing the faith of the people. From the rubble of a tiny island rises Jade - a rebellious young action reporter left traumatized by a brutal attack. When Jade is hired by the rebel organization IRIS, she learns that the Alpha Sections are secretly trafficking humans to the enemy. Still wary of who to believe, she sets out to expose the gruesome conspiracy and bring proof to her people.
Armed with her camera, dai-jo staff, and unflinching resolve, Jade plunges into a sinister web to untangle the truth and restore justice to her planet. But as she earns the trust of her beleaguered people, Jade discovers that sometimes, in order to find the truth, you must look beyond good and evil.

If you experience problems with an unsupported graphic card, you may try launching the game from the command line prompt by issuing any one of the following commands: BGE.exe /DBLBF BGE.exe /SINGLESTREAM BGE.exe /DBLBF /SINGLESTREAM Under Windows 98 and Windows ME, the detection of not up-to-date drivers may fail. If you have installed up-to-date drivers, just ignore it. Inside the Basic Video properties page, the selection Z buffer is not available, it is grayed and is fixed to 24 bit, this will be selectable in the final version. The refresh rate selection is not available on Windows 98, the refresh rate can be selected only by the desktop properties, this is not a bug but only a different way to work of Windows 98. Even the antialiasing control is not selectable; if your video card allows a selection of the antialiasing, PLEASE DISABLE IT, otherwise some problem could arise. For example the game runs, but the graphic is corrupted. Under Windows 98 and Windows ME, the detection of not up-to-date drivers may fail. If you have installed up-to-date drivers, just ignore it.
