DreamCatcher Games released the PC demo for its stealth action thriller Cold War.

Cold War follows the story of Matt Carter, an American freelance journalist, who finds himself in the midst of an international conspiracy that aims to take control of the U.S.S.R. Twelve hours after arriving in Moscow for a routine story, Carter is stripped of all his possessions, beaten unconscious and thrown into the KGB's political prison. Using only recovered weapons and improvised gadgets, he must now evade and overcome elite Soviet forces and defeat the conspiracy before he is sent to a Siberian prison camp or killed.

Demo Summary:

The second Cold War demo features two challenging missions from the newly released PC game for PC and Xbox. In this second demo, you'll play as Matt Carter as he attempts to evade and overcome elite Soviet Forces in a desperate attempt to uncover a deadly conspiracy that aims to control the USSR. At your disposal is an arsenal of powerful weapons and gadgets including the critically acclaimed X-ray camera that allows you to spy on your enemies through walls and destroy nearby explosive objects. The Halls of Hell mission (also featured in Demo 1), allows you to play as Russian militant Alexander Grushkov as you race against the clock with guns blazing during a nuclear meltdown.
