Hammerfight is a 2D physics-based where the player swings large melee weapons and rely on centripetal force to give the object enough kinetic energy to destroy enemies.
You play as a member of a tribe called the Gaiars. When your tribe is destroyed you are taken prisoner and turned into a slave. As you are discovered to be the last living human gaiar, then forced to battle in the arena. In a battle a man recognizes you and plot the destruction of the emperor, who ordered to destruction of the Gaiar tribe.

If you using the mouse with the possibility of switching dpi, then for a comfortable play in Hammerfight game lower it up to 300-600 dpi.
I. INSTALLATION:

Run installation file hammerfight_demo.exe. Follow the instructions.
II. RUNNING THE GAME:

Run executable file Hammerfight.exe in game folder.
III. CONTROLS:
================
Playing the game at 99% done with the mouse.
Simply moving the mouse, you might set in motion the rider and swinging his weapon, striking with it. This is a simple formula - the basis of all controls in the game.
Furthermore, additional operations:
TAKE OBJECT hold LMB
THROW OBJECT click LMB
THROW WEAPON hold LMK for 0.5 seconds and release
SELECT OBJECT FROM HOLD spin the mouse wheel until object fall into the frame
USE OBJECT click LMB
INVERT WEAPON click LMB
DISJOIN WEAPON click LMB
JOIN 2 OBJECTS (weapon + weapon, stone + weapon):
1. Select object from hold by spinning mouse wheel
2. Hold the LMB
3. Spin the mouse wheel and select new object
4. Click the LMB
SET UP THE HOT KEY:
1. Select object from hold by spinning mouse whel
2. Hold LMB
3. Press any key on keyboard
By pressing the key you will get the control hints.

V. TROUBLESHOOTING:

Q: Game in the main menu asks to press the left mouse button, but does not react to the actual button press.
A1: Follow the prompts on the screen, click - this disables support for a 2 or more mouse. Then restart the game (to support multiple mice could be re-activated in the main menu).
A2: Perhaps the game blocked by software from the mouse manufacturer installed on your computer. To solve the problem, uninstall the software, or temporarily disable it, if possible.
A3: Another source of this problem can be a graphics tablet (digitizer) or some "exotic" input connected to your PC, which perceives the game as a mouse. In this case, disconnect the computer from such devices and reboot.
