I started re-textureing all the effect and particles in Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance ,Developed by Gas Powered Games and published by THQ and so far this is what I cam up whit . A simple texture mod , that give's u an "Eye-candy" feel to it.
Installation: extract and replace the original game and mod files For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Gamedata or \Mods
