this doesnt ALWAYS work but play doubles and pick yoshi and birdo then make a nice shot with yoshi first then 1 with birdo. birdos rainbow will be thicker then normal

How to get Boo:Hold down Z and then press start at the title screen. Then go to special contests at the main menu. and put in BooHoo.
