TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is taking legal action against Rockstar for the alledged use of her likeness in Grand Theft Auto V.
Specifically, Lohan believes that the bikini-clad woman in GTA: V's poster resembles her body. The actress also points out to a side mission where the player helps an actress named "Lacey Jonas" escape the paparazzi. Additionally, Lohan isn't really fond of the Paparazzo mission where the player photographs startlet Poppy Mitchell while having sex in her room at a Vinewood version of the Chateau Marmont hotel, a place Lohan frequents in real life.
Shortly after the story broke out, model Shelby Welinder came forward and confirmed that she was GTA: V's bikini model. Welinder brandished her Rockstar invoice as proof.
Both Lindsay Lohan and Rockstar are refusing to confirm or deny TMZ's story.
