New NVidia Tool Optimizes Your Games Performance Automatically

NVidia released today a new beta application that is able to scan your computer for installed games then optimize their graphics settings automatically to give you the best gaming experience possible according to your machine specs.

The new tool, GeForce Experience, is able to detect and optimize a handful of supported games new games added to its catalogue continuously. Based on the computer’s CPU, GPU and screen resolution, GeForce Experience tunes advanced graphics options such as ambient occlusion, anisotropic filtering, depth of field and tessellation in order to produce the best possible image quality without having frame rates fall below 40 fps; and if this frame rate is not achievable, GeForce Experience does its best to get the highest frame rate possible.

GeForce Experience applies its performance tunings to the game’s config files directly without launching it or asking the player to perform any manual tasks beyond clicking the big green "Optimize" button in its dashboard.
