witch ever order should work, but starting Game first is recommended than use Alt Tab to minimize the game and run the trainer restore the game and Activate the trainer!
Important: before you can use the trainer options it's important to know that you must first Activate the trainer when the game has finished loading.
To Activate the Trainer Please Press The "HOME" Key on your keybord when the game  has finished loading or while in game playing and wait for the activation sound to be heard.
after the the trainer has been activated the trainer is actiavted and you may select what option or options to enable.

 to disable any Firewalls or Antivirus Programs.
Allso Windows 7 Users should make sure to disable
Windows UAC completely or this trainer might not work

while plying the game using the trainer.

TRAINER OPTIONS AND HOTKEYS
=========================================================================
        HOME KEY - Trainer Activation -
        F1 ~ Infinite Health
        ~ This will set your health to max.
        keeps you alive and well.
        F2 ~ Infinite Stamina
        ~ This will set your stamina to max at all times.
        F3 ~ Infinite Ammo
        ~ This will grant you an infinite amount of ammo
        for all your guns.
        F4 ~ No Reload
        ~ This removes the need to reload any weapons.
        F6 ~ Infinite Flashlight
        ~ Object Set to Max.
        F7 ~ Infinite Flares
        ~ Object Set to Max.
        F8 ~ Infinite Battery
        ~ Object Set to Max.
        F9 ~ Super Speed
        ~ This let's you run/Sprint much faster than possible.
        Only the player has this ability!
        F10 ~ Super Jump
        ~ This let's you jump much higher than possible.
        Only the player has this ability!
        Note: Use with care since this game has invisible
        grounds and walls.
        F11 ~ Mega Jump
        ~ This will increase your jump distance.
        Jump one time straight up, you are now able to make
        very far distance jumps, no stamina required.
        Added in for fun just like any other options ;)
        Number 7 ~ Remove Fall Impact
        ~ This will protect you from falling from any hights.
        Number 8 ~ Bullet Impact
        ~ Increases the bullet impact damage and impulse on
        booth enemies and obsticles.
        Number 9 ~ Super Lock Enemies
        ~ Prevents the enemies from moving away from their
        current locations. Making it easier to handle the bad guys
        one by one.
        use with care as it may prevent the story from continuing
        at certain times, in that case just disable the option.
        Number 0 ~ Drain Enemy Target
        ~ Much like one hit kill, press to terminate your target.
        Insert Key ~ Rappid Firing
        ~ This will let you fire your guns very rappidly.
        Page Up ~ Bullet Time
        ~ Slows down everything/Surroundings etc..
        Page Down ~ Super Speed Mode
        ~ Speeds up everything/Surroundings etc..

        Numpad 0 ~ Store Location
        Numpad 2 ~ Teleport
        Numpad 3 ~ Undo Teleportation

id suggest you either check and learn on the internet about trainers/files in general being "packed/Encrypted" and alerts Av's falsely or throw that AV in the nearest recyclebin :)
