   with  "pdthulk5.exe". Then run the game as usually. During gameplay,
   use following trainer options by pressing the corresponding key(s):
      F1            Infinite Health
      F2            Instant Kill All
      F3            Activate Rage
      F4            Infinite Credits
      F5            Freeze Puzzle Time
      F10           Resume all back to normal.
